Working principle: 

Feed the material required to press into feed box, push the manual valve handle to close the door cover and the primary preforming takes place, Meanwhile, make the lock head lock door cover so as not to go up. The main cylinder goes ahead and carries out the sub compression. Up to the system required pressure, the main cylinder unloads. Operate the door cylinder valve to push out the front door and the main cylinder goes ahead to push out the packed block out of feed box. Then open door cover and the main cylinder returns to close the front door. This means a working cycle completed.

Application:
Y81 series metal hydraulic baler is mainly used in steel plants, the recycling and processing industry. It is used to shape metal scraps and steel shavings into blocks, providing qualified burdens for metallurgical plants. The purpose for the scrap press is to store easily and reduce the costs of transportation and smelting.
 
Features:
1. The hydraulic driving is adopted for all types of machines, the manual and PLC automatic control operations are optional.
2. No anchor bolts are used in the process of installation. The diesel fuel may be equipped as driving force at the place without power supply.
3. Three types of "Bale-discharging": "turn-out", "push-out" and "forward-out" discharging.
4. Extruding forces have eight levels from 63 tons to 400 tons and production rate is from 0.5 tons per hour to 50 tons per hour.
