 Steel Shavings Baler Y81T-125A is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap metal into acceptable furnace charges in shapes of cuboids, cylinders & octagons. Steel Shavings Baler Y81T-125A is good for baling of steel turnings, copper shavings, stainless steel parings, aluminum swarf, etc. Steel Shavings Baler Y81T-125A is also good for pressing aluminum & stainless steel cans (UBC cans, beer cans), copper cables & wires, pipes & tubes, aluminum extrusion profiles, stainless steel sheets & other thin metal sheets, tin plates, empty cans & drums (without paint), roof & fence material.

Features

3-way compression, bale density is high.

Robust baler chamber of welding structure. Wear plates: standrad #45 steel (carbon steel), wholy heat treated; optional Mn65 steel wear plates. Cutting blades: optional.

Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).

Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders.

Hydraulic drive, manual valve operation, or Mitsubishi PLC operation.

Side ejection of finished bales. Loading hopper is optional for charging of material.
