Scrap Metal hydraulic baler are applicable in Metal recycling companies, to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges (shapes: cuboids, cylinder or octagon), so as to reduce cost of it.
Waste metal baler also called metal baler machine, or metal block machine ,hydraulic metal baler main for waste copper, aluminum can, stainless steel, scrap cars, steel paring ect waste metal recycling and make small blocks, Our company produce this machine main function for reducing transport cost and easy storage ,reduce labor cost.
There are two operation control options, one is hand manual valve operation, and another is PLC control panel, and it's optional on customers' requirements, Chamber size, bale size, bale shape can be customized.
Meanwhile, the cutting function on the side of chamber, for cutting the extra length of scraps to improve the efficiency. The feeding chamber has cutting function to prevent additive materials caused by carelessness and safety accident, adopt double pressure protection device. No footing bolts needed in installation, diesel engine can be equipped for power.
Push-out Scrap Metal baler
Push-out scrap baling press has been the safest way for metal scrap collection and recycling. Side ejecting mode is ideal for processing of bale in large size. This scrap baling machine is designed to produce bales between 300*300mm to 1100*1100mm. Each of these bales comes in 1800Kg/m3 of maximum density.
2. Features:
1) It can extrude every kinds of metal leftover materials, steel paring, waste copper and waste aluminum into qualified charging such as square column, cylinder, octagon body and other sharps.
2) The hydraulic driving is adopted for all types of machines, the manual and PC automatic control operations are optional.
3) No foundation bolts for installation. The diesel may be equipped as driving at the place without power supplying.
4) Extruding force has 8 classes from 63 tons to 400 tons and production rate is from 0.5 tons per hour to 50 tons per hour.
5) Side push-out bag type.
